The land area is 57,178.5㎡, and the building area is 1,514㎡, of which 757㎡ is above ground and 757㎡ is underground. The building's function is a soil and water conservation technology demonstration and exhibition center. Sanhe Company will undertake the construction of the 'Six Zones', including the Soil and Water Conservation Culture Water Scenic Area, Public Participation and Promotion Area, Rainwater Wetland Leisure Area, Rainwater Comprehensive Utilization Area, Urban Soil and Water Conservation Comprehensive Demonstration Area, and Soil and Water Conservation Technology Experience Area.
