Years pass in an instant, time hurries on.The unforgettableyear 2018 is drawing to a close, and we eagerly await the new year. At this wonderful moment, on behalf of the company's Party Branch and leadership team, I extend New Year's greetings and best wishes to Sanhe's builders, partners, all employees' families, and all friends who care for and support Sanhe!
Past events are vivid, years are like a song.Twelve years ago, when I came to Sanhe to start the business, my initial intention was very simple: to bring the company back to life! I was determined to achieve something, to ensure that elderly employees are cared for in their old age, and that young employees who have worked hard for the company are rewarded and live with dignity. For this“simple” initial intention, the people of Sanhe have put in unimaginable effort and struggle. We expanded our territory, conquered challenges, marched with firm steps, and remained unwavering. Hard work pays off, and the people of Sanhe have finally reaped abundant fruits. Today, we have created a new Sanhe with a market value exceeding 100 million.
As the red sun rises, its light shines brightly.2018 was the first year after the company successfully completed its overall restructuring, and also the first year the company gradually established and improved its modern enterprise system. Every day in the past, everyone was busy with specific tasks. The employees of the Xinjiang branch worked under extremely difficult conditions, battling severe cold and scorching heat, achieving remarkable results; the comrades of the Fuping project department worked overtime tirelessly, completing the municipal road construction project ahead of schedule. Over the past year, the entire company worked together with one heart, forged ahead, strived for progress, and innovated. All work progressed smoothly, business performance significantly increased, and annual economic indicators and work tasks were overfulfilled. This year, we successively partnered with several listed companies to win bids for major engineering projects, creating a diversified situation in the company's business model and scope. This year, we established the Contract Management Department, implementing systematic and procedural management for all contracts, effectively reducing tax risks. This year, we completed the application for high-tech enterprise status, laying the foundation for the company to secure more government policy benefits and support in its future development. This year, we were awarded multiple honors and titles, including “National Worker Pioneer,” “Ankang Cup Excellent Unit,” “Provincial Water Conservancy Civilized Unit Model,” “2017-2018 Shaanxi Water Conservancy Construction Project Civilized Construction Site,” “AAA Credit Enterprise,” and “AAA Integrity Management Demonstration Unit.” This year, our QC group's research achievements were significant, with a total ofreceiving6 awards for “National Excellent Quality Management Group in Engineering Construction.”This year, weachievedmanythings that seemed impossible to ordinary people.
The future is vast as the sea, and there's a long way to go.Achievements bring us joy, but they will not make us stop. The harsh market has tempered our unyielding will. In the new year, we will gradually establish the enterprise group headquarters, build a central marketing system, promote refined project management, strengthen our core talent team, expand scientific research market development, and enhance the company's brand image, achieving a comprehensive leap in economy, industry, and quality.
