Sanhe Company organized employees for outward bound training

To further strengthen the company's workforce, enhance mutual communication, and cultivate team spirit and collaboration, recently, Sanhe Company successively organized two batches totaling 93 employees to Tongchuan Jinsuoguan Training Base to carry out an“Forge Ahead, Create the Future Together”-themed outward bound training activity. During the activity, everyone faced difficulties head-on, dared to challenge themselves, cheered each other on, encouraged each other, overcame psychological barriers, and never gave up. Through“Brave the Three Passes”“Speed 60 Seconds”“Heartbeat Drumming”“Thunder Array Water Retrieval”“Dream Blueprint”“Stationary Message Relay” and other classic management training projects, the training fully learned and experienced management concepts and arts closely related to daily work, such as team trust, effective communication, empathy, rational organization, leadership, execution, and teamwork. After the training, the company also organized a barbecue bonfire party.

Through the outward bound training activity, employees' work pressure was effectively released, their confidence and courage were further enhanced, and their work enthusiasm significantly increased, fostering a positive, harmonious, and stable corporate culture.
