To further enhance the professional skills and management capabilities of technical management personnel, improve their knowledge structure, and strengthen the core competitiveness in the enterprise market, Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. recently organized the "First Phase Technical Staff Training for 2025".

The training adopted a combination of online and offline methods, with over 100 participants including company leadership, staff, and frontline project technical personnel attending the training.

At the training session, Wang Xiaoping, Executive Director and General Manager of Sanhe Company, delivered a mobilization speech. He urged participants to elevate their perspective, actively integrate into the company's transformation and development process; strengthen learning to comprehensively improve their overall capabilities and qualities; and apply what they learn to help the company's management level reach new heights.

During the 6-day training, external experts, legal advisors, and several senior technical backbones from the company provided instruction. The courses were divided into 3 types: beginner, intermediate, and advanced, based on the participants' levels and technical requirements. The course content covered 19 specific items across 6 areas, including construction technology, project management, risk control, software application, case analysis, and corporate culture.

This training is a crucial measure for the company to continuously advance its talent-first development strategy, implement the annual work deployment of the "Talent Training Plan," and enhance the quality of the company's development.
