Sanhe Company Organizes the Second Phase Technical Personnel Training in 2025

From February 24th to February 25th, Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. organized the second phase of its 2025 technical personnel training, lasting two days.

This training adopted a 'hybrid' (online + offline) synchronous teaching method, inviting the company's technical backbone, water conservancy industry experts, and external senior lecturers to deliver courses. The training closely aligned with the company's actual needs, covering various topics such as project risk management, construction plan review and approval, current status and risk control of the international engineering market, cross-cultural communication, and international etiquette.

Through the training, employees not only systematically mastered relevant knowledge of domestic project risk management and hazardous engineering management but also broadened their international perspective, understood common risk types in international engineering projects, and enhanced their adaptability to the international engineering environment and cross-cultural communication skills. This provides support for the company's strategic development and injects continuous new impetus for achieving high-quality development.
A total of over 130 employees from the company's headquarters and project frontline participated in the training.
